                  Leger Scotchjuice of ½ lime
 6 oz. ginger ale
 Combine over ice and garnish with lime wedge

 1 ½ oz. soda
 2 oz. ginger ale
 Dissolve sugar in soda.
 Add ice, St. Leger and ginger ale.

                  Scotch½ oz. coffee liquer
 3 oz. milk
 1 tsp instant coffee
 Shake well and strain into old fashioned
                  glass

                  Trot 2 oz. St. Leger
                  Scotch1 ½ vanilla schnapps
 Combine over ice and share with a friend !
 
 
 | Mustang 1 ½ oz. St.
                  Leger Scotchjuice of ½ lemon
 ½ tsp sugar
 Shake ingredients in shaker filled with ice.
 Strain into martini glass

                  Salmon 1 cup orange
                  juice2/3 cup St. Leger Scotch
 1/2 cup chopped green onions
 1/4 cup liquid honey
 3 tbsp orange zest
 2 tbsp dijon mustar
 2 tbsp Worcestshire sauce
 1 tbsp pepper
 3/4 tsp salt
 8 salmon filets (6 oz. each)
 Mix all ingredients except fish.
 Marinade salmon for 2 - 3 hours in
                  refrigerator.
 Grill until slightly firm and opaque in center,
                  approximately 4 minutes on each side.

                  Scottish Cream 12 oz. St. Leger
                  Scotch1 large can condensed milk
 4 tsp chocolate syrup
 3 large eggs
 1 cup table cream
 Mix all ingredients in blender.
 Serve in pitcher.
 Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
 Serves 8.
